You'll find the popular beaches and charming villages like Afissos and Milina less crowded, allowing for a more serene experience. The sea temperature is also comfortable for swimming, typically around 20-24°C.Couples looking for a romantic escape will particularly appreciate these months. The quieter atmosphere means more intimate dining experiences in tavernas overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf and peaceful strolls through olive groves. You can easily find comfortable accommodation with good views during these times, often at better rates than in peak season.Families travelling with younger children might also find the shoulder seasons more manageable. The milder temperatures are better for little ones, and the less crowded beaches provide more space for play.
